I specialize in anxiety, OCD and self esteem. I use a number of therapy approaches but am particularly fond of mindfulness, parts work, and EMDR. I am also committed to creating an affirming atmosphere for people of color and LGBTQIA+ individuals and am part of the LGBTQIA+ community myself.

I believe that every person holds the knowledge they need to heal and move forward inside and that with the help of a guide (therapist) and a few tools (therapeutic methods), people can uncover this knowledge and begin to feel better, each and every day.
