Lindsey Michael, LMSW

It’s hard being a person in this day and age. The world feels like it’s becoming more broken with every passing moment, and we’re here just trying to survive on top of it all. Exploring ourselves, our wants and needs, finding what is holding us back and what we want from life, can end up taking the back-burner when faced with so many huge systemic problems. I’m here to help co-create a space specifically for you to explore your most authentic self outside of the pressures of society. There is no shame here. Let’s come together and look at where you want to be, and what you’ve been struggling with. I’d love to hear from you!

I specialize in working with anyone looking for a therapist that has a relational trauma-informed approach to therapy. I’m a queer therapist who is queer- and trans-affirming, and I practice with a body positive/body neutral lens. As a white therapist I work to be explicitly anti-racist and have cultural competency/humility in my practice!hentic self, or the quiet burnout of holding everything together.
