Laura Keeler, LMSW

Laura (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker and therapist with an office in Round Rock, TX. She received a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Baylor University. She is also a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). Laura is supervised by Sarah Kincheloe, LCSW-S. She provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults.

Laura works in trauma, untangling relational and personal wounds from abuse, neglect, narcissistic harm, and sexual violence. Laura also support clients navigating grief, sense of self and self discovery, burnout, and emotional regulation. Rooted in a relational approach, Laura’s work draws from Attachment-focused work, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Strengths-Based practices.

Laura’s role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. She offers a warm, conversational approach where you can explore whatever you need—whether it’s unresolved trauma, relationship struggles, discovering your authentic self, or the quiet burnout of holding everything together.
