Feeling stuck, lost or anxious? Or maybe in a life transition that feels overwhelming and scary? These are some of the painful human experiences that everybody walks through, but you don’t need to do this alone. Grace specializes in working through anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, grief and life transitions. Allow Grace to truly see you and be present in your pain and joy so you can embrace the beautiful and painful parts of life. You don’t need to be “fixed”. You were never broken. Grace is here to be witness on your journey of living out the truest expression of YOU.
Grace’s previous experience in medical social work, and work with chronically unhoused clients with severe mental illness, she is prepared to hold space and support clients in varying degrees of trauma and crisis. She sees the beauty and depth in all humans and feels she has found her calling in connecting with individuals on their journey, where there is no challenge too big or small to be honored and explored.
