Grace Kay, LCSW

Grace Kay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With her training in DEEP (Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy), Grace seeks to create a safe haven for her clients, where they feel supported and deeply seen. She specializes in anxiety, depression, substance use and building self-esteem and works with teens to older adults, and individuals and couples.

Grace's clients often start therapy when they feel like they are barely holding it together. She provides individual and couples therapy that is attuned, warm and transparent. Often, clients who come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious leave feeling more clear-headed and confident in themselves. Whether you need short term support or want to dive deeper and work through long term patterns, Grace will be there as a guide and ally.

Prior to private practice, Grace spent years working in homeless services with clients with substance use and/or severe mental illness. She is skilled in holding space and supporting people experiencing varying degrees of trauma and crisis. She hopes you’ll allow her to honor and explore whatever has brought you to seek therapy.
