Corrie Halladay, LMSW
Corrie works with folks experiencing a combination of grief/loss, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, addiction, stress, trauma, and tough life transitions. She is a warm, relational therapist who believes that centering safety, trust and connection in the clinical space can better support healing outside of therapy. She practices a collaborative, integrated approach to therapy using a mix of tools/methods to support your goals. She is also completing a post-graduate degree in art therapy. Creative expression can help clients process life’s challenges in deep and meaningful ways.
Corrie’s work with clients is guided by an existential, feminist, and person-in-environment lens. She likes to help folks make meaning of experiences, identify strengths, find solutions to problems, understand the external and internal forces that help and hinder progress, build skills and coping strategies, and access more power, self-compassion, and peace.
Corrie is a heart forward and trauma informed therapist who invites curiosity and presence into the clinical space. We have all experienced hurt, loss, and adversity. Expressing and witnessing that shared human condition moves us towards growth and renewal. Corrie’s practice is anchored in social justice and anti-oppressive values.
